We offer 5 (five) different models of selected houses, elegantly designed, and taking maximum advantage of space.
All of our Feldman Homes are conceived with elegance and quality in mind, bringing out the fullest potential of every home.
Our models are carefully planned from the beginning of the design process, to avoid the unnecessary expenses incurred when the important elements of house design are not well thought out from the beginning, for instance: overall roof design criteria, one of the most important and expensive parts of the building.
The result of our unique approach to design is an elegant, dignified and economical home with a sense of free flowing spaces.
We offer:
 Sets of blueprints of our Feldman Homes.
Preparation of specific custom designs (houses, duplex, town homes, etc.).
Additions to our Feldman Homes.
Sets of Architectural Drawings.
Each of our Feldman Homes Includes: ( ¼ scale drawings )
Floor Plans.
Foundation Plans.
Elevations (all main elevations).
Interior elevations, (kitchen, bathrooms and all relevant elements that contribute to better understanding of the project) .
Cross sections.
Electrical plan (schematic layout of fixtures, smoke detectors, outlets, electrical panels, telephone and cable outlet location, fans, attic access, etc.
Construction details.
Important notice:
Our plans must be revised by an architect or an engineer that will seal these plans after all requirements are met.
Some of these requirements are: Wind Load and Energy Calculations, confection of the wood trusses engineering, structural calculation and defining of all structural elements, hardware, reinforcements, etc.
All plans are drawn to conform to one or more of the industry’s major national building standards. We have made great effort in the creation of our blueprints. However we cannot provide on-site consultation, supervision and control over actual construction.
Because of the great variety in local building requirements, building practices, soil, seismic, weather, security, energy and wind load calculation, we do not provide:
electric, heat, air conditioner and plumbing equipment requirement or plans.
Due to all different codes in effect and specific requirements of wind load calculations, structural calculation, reinforcements, hardware and specific needs, different soils, construction materials, zoning and building practices, we suggest you visit the local Zoning and Building Department to verify all requirements for use of our plans.
We authorize use of our plans with the express condition that they will be used and executed complying lawfully with all the local, state and federal requirements for zoning and building.
We prohibit reproduction of our plans without our written permission. We only authorize building one house per order regardless of the quantity of sets of copies purchased.

Mirrored sets:
If you want to flip the plan (having the garage on the other side) we can send you a full set of mirrored image plans (with the writting backwards). Just write MIRRORED on your order if you want this option.
We will provide reverse plans (only in case of multiple sets of copies purchased).
